SERVER
Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude towards staff and guests.
- Assure that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and important.
- Is passionate and willing to promote offerings of the vineyard, market, and club memberships to guests.
- Efficiently handle sales and transactions using our POS system.
- Maintains a clean and tidy environment.
- Bus and clear tables.
- Assists with special events.
- Maintains propers TABC certifications.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Ensures stations are properly stocked for your shift.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
- Takes an interest and growing knowledge of wine, wine industry, and the Texas Hill Country.
- Communicate and work respectfully with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends, weekdays, some holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and exhibit a passion for our brand.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
SERVER ASSISTANT
Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude towards staff and guests.
- Assure that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and important.
- Efficiently craft charcuterie boards and boxes with an eye and attention to detail.
- Help support our tasting room staff in various tasks.
- Maintains a clean and tidy environment.
- Bus and clear tables.
- Assists with special events.
- Maintains propers TABC certifications.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Ensures stations are properly stocked for your shift.

- Can coordinate, orchestrate, and oversee seating guests.
- Communicates with servers to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

- This position will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the vineyard.
- Experience is preferred, but not required in the following areas:
- Trellis maintenance
- Irrigation maintenance
- Planting and pruning
- Chemical application
- Mowing, landscaping
- Other duties as assigned
BUSSER/ DISHWASHER
Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude towards staff and guests.
- Washing and polishing wine glasses
- Busses tables
- Cleaning and maintaining clean premises and restrooms.
- Breaks down boxes
- Maintains propers TABC certifications.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
