Here at Signor Vineyards, we offer two distinct and equally enjoyable ways for our guests to enjoy their Fredericksburg Wine Country Experience.
On the north side of the ivy-covered wall that divides our tasting venue, guests are treated to wine tastings and charcuterie with table service in a lovely, tranquil setting.
On the south side of the wall, our picturesque Wine Barn enables visitors to enjoy a more casual, family-oriented experience on a lush lawn dotted with roomy picnic tables and inviting Adirondack chairs.
We believe these experiences to be of equal importance and are deeply committed to preserving what makes each one so very special.
In the spirit of this commitment, we have found it necessary to make some small adjustments to our vineyard rules for the greater enjoyment of all our guests.

Open 7 Days a Week
Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
HOUSE RULES
Kids and pets are not permitted in our tasting areas. Tastings are reserved for 21+ over.
Kids & pets are permitted on our great lawn.
Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We request that guests not bring outside food. There is a variety of sandwiches and grab-and-go items available in JoAnna’s Market. TABC laws forbid outside alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the property.
We do allow friendly dogs on the lawn. Please keep them on a leash and clean up after them. There are two dog stations on the property with waste bags available.
Our property is smoke and vape-free.
The last call for tastings and glasses is 30 minutes prior to closing.
Our seating is predominantly outdoors, so dress with the day’s weather in mind. (Can occasionally require a couple of different options here in Texas, but we’re used to that, right?)
We ask that you please be respectful with regard to party decorations and leave with anything you bring. Confetti and glitter are not permitted on property.
Any photographer functioning in a professional capacity must check in with us, and pay a photography fee of $100.
Our wine tastings consist of four consecutive pours served at your table in the tasting venue. Leave yourself at least an hour to enjoy a full tasting.
We do offer souvenir wine glasses for sale at a modest price in JoAnna’s Market, or from your server. Please leave the wine glasses you drink from at your table. We do bus.

Whether you’re a rank amateur or a seasoned wine enthusiast, our experts can up your wine game, and offer a fantastic time in the process, guiding you through a sensory experience with a series of wine and food pairings. Always interesting, always fun.

We ask that guests enter our property at our main entrance located behind Joanna’s Market. Please see host upon arrival.
Our Wine Barn is your gateway to a wonderful casual experience out on the lawn. Buy your bottles and or glasses and charcuterie from the Wine Barn, and enjoy your friends around one of your picnic tables overlooking the vineyard. Live music on the weekends. Open on Saturdays and select weekends.
Don’t miss OroBianco’s beautiful gelato cart on the lawn weekends. These guys make the best frozen treat you’ve ever had. The secret is water buffalo milk, locally sourced, organic ingredients and an abundance of passion. Transcendent!
Joanna’s Market is your source for delicious soups, sandwiches, grab-and-go items, non-alcoholic beverages, and fun, stylish items for the kitchen, home or ranch.
Party buses are not allowed on our property.
We accept reservations in our tasting venue for members of our wine club and for private drivers and select tour companies. Reservations for Elevated Tastings are available for all guests. Walk-ins are accepted for non-members based on availability.
Please be respectful and avoid walking through our vines. They are a protected agriculture product that is essential to the production of our wines.
