Chef Ashley Odom, founder of Feast and Merriment in Fredericksburg, Texas, is a self-taught culinary artist whose passion for cooking and event planning was influenced by her Louisiana heritage and family matriarchs. Renowned for her elevated comfort food, Ashley expertly blends local ingredients with global flavors, especially excelling in wild game dishes. Her journey, from learning in her grandmothers’ kitchens to hosting thrilling events in Colorado and Texas, reflects her dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences.
