great wine at Signor Vineyards.
Located in scenic Fredericksburg, Texas, we are a nearby
destination that takes you far away from it all.
Our family vineyard was established in 2015; however, our roots and history go much deeper.
For generations, the Signor family has left their mark throughout Texas.
In fact, Great-Grandfather Teas has been credited for reshaping the Houston landscape, where he planted over1,000,000 trees throughout his lifetime.
This little bit of history will help you understand who we are and how we aim to represent our heritage of horticulture, farming, and family in everything that we do.
From the minute that you step foot on our property, you will be enveloped by our hospitality and lush landscape.
On your arrival, we encourage you to take a stroll through our gardens and courtyard into our tasting room for a glass of our award-winning wine.
Carrying on with our laid-back-luxury style, our tasting room offers indoor and outdoor seated tastings, where you can enjoy a selection of Texas and Oregon offerings along with world-class charcuterie right at your table.
The tasting room is located inside the Vineyard Estate House, designed and built by famed architect Isaac Maxwell.
Once you decide on your favorite wine, move the party outside to our Wine Barn where we serve bottles and glasses.
The Wine Barn is an original structure on the property that now boasts as one of our most photographed landmarks.
From there, relax on the great lawn, where we have a variety of yard games, pet stations, picnic tables, and room for kids to run around.
Afterward, stroll on over to Joanna’s Market, a farmhouse-inspired market located in the historic and original Livesay cottage at Signor Vineyards.
Named after Clay Signor’s mother,
Joanna, the market features items
such as hand-curated gifts to
gourmet bites.
Situated on 200 acres, our estate features two vineyards that grow seven varietals of grapes: Petite Sirah, Touriga Nacional, Tempranillo, Tannat, Montepulciano, Mourvèdre, and Sangiovese.

Just within a couple of years, we have quickly grown to be one of the Texas Hill Country’s premier vineyards.
One visit here and you will see why.
Signor Vineyards is open Thursday to Saturday from 11:00-6:00, Sunday 11:00- 5:00, and Mondays from 12:00- 5:00. Check our website and google for special and holiday hours.
