TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Signor Estate wine club members enjoy 5 releases per year available for pickup or
shipping.
Our members enjoy access to our members lounge, all new release wines, wine club exclusive
estate wines, as well as reservations and special events.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

 

PAYMENTS
  • Credit cards will be automatically charged in advance of each shipments and are nonrefundable.
  • Please provide accurate contact information including billing, shipping, email telephone and
    current credit card charges for a seamless experience.
  • You can choose to pickup your wine from the vineyard and will have 4 weeks to do so. Wines
    not picked up or requested to be shipped after 60 days from billing date are considered
    relinquished.
SHIPPING

 

Tips for a smooth shipping process:

 

1. Login into signorvineyards.com and ensure that the address we have on file is
correct

2. Once your shipment is fulfilled you will be sent tracking information from UPS.
track your shipment using the UPS tracking number.

3. All wine shipments require a person 21+ to sign (TABC requirement). Have
your wine delivered to your work address, that way there will be an adult

4. Have your wine re-routed to a UPS pickup location near you. Click here to 
Find your nearest UPS store/pickup location.

5. Have your wine sent to your nearest Walgreens or Kroger – they can also
accept and sign for deliveries. If you are interested in this option, please email
wine@signorvineyards.com.

Please keep in mind that if the ship option is chosen, members are
responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs, this includes
reimbursement for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect information.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
  • If choosing to ship, once cards have been processed members are required to pay for
    shipping.
  • You agree that if you selected “pick up” and you have not picked up your wine by the last pickup date,
    your wine will be automatically shipped and shipping fees charged to your credit card.
  • In order to cancel your membership, all wine club cancellations must be made 30 days prior to
    a wine club release. Please notify us by emailing wine@signorvineyards.com. Once the release
    has been processed, there will be no refunds.
